Mike Carruthers:
Sometimes when life gets tough it can be difficult to remain optimistic. And if you’ve ever felt that way, consider this…

Mike Dooley:
We’re more likely to laugh than to cry, to have money than to be flat broke, and we are therefore far more likely to succeed than to fail.

Mike Dooley, author of the book Infinite Possibilities, says what we think about and believe in is exactly what we’re likely to create for ourselves.

So that it doesn’t sound too "hocus-pocus," to give you the mechanics, I boil it down to those three words; thoughts become things, being it, it’s the end all and be all to living the life of your dreams or creating deliberate change in your life. And if that sounds hocus-pocus then just turn it into positive thinking.

Because you are much more likely to achieve a goal or dream if you truly believe you can and can visualize yourself doing it.

Why is it that every athlete on planet earth has done this as long as time has been recorded? And it’s because those people whose entire life hinges on their performance use every possible tool and this is a time proven tool.

Setbacks will always happen and Mike says you can either let them stop you or you can keep moving ahead.

Whatever you want - the first step is imagine it in your mind. Secondly speak about it as if you were on your way. And third prepare the way physically - then move in that direction.
