If you’re still not exactly certain what the perfect job or career is for you, here’s some advice…

Marianna Olszewski:
We all have talents and if we follow those talents the money will come, I promise you, I promise you, I promise you.

Marianna Olszewski

Marianna Olszewski, author of the book Live It, Love It, Earn It , says the fear of failure and the fear of rejection stops so many people from going after their dream.

When I started my Wall Street business at 29 years old people said, “You’re too young, you’re a woman, you’re inexperienced, you don’t know what you’re doing”. And I said, “Thank you so much for sharing but this is what I’m doing.”

Marianna has had a very successful financial career on Wall Street. It was something she knew she was good at and it came easy to her.

When I was 13 years old I never played house. What I played was office and I was the banker, I doled out the play money. But then I decided one day that I wanted to be a psychology person because I thought a therapist would be what I would really want to do. But it didn’t come easy to me. I wasn’t in the flow when I was doing psychology; I was in the flow when I was doing numbers. And when I follow my passion and I’m in the flow and it comes easy and it’s like play to me; then money just comes.

And if you’d like some help figuring out what your dream job is…

Write down different things that you’re dreaming and you’re thinking, get them out of your head from fuzziness to firm – on paper. Take a look at them and go for the ones that are really pulling and calling at you.
