Is it skinny jeans, is it watching your granddaughter graduate from college - whatever it is write that down. That’s your source of motivation. No bagel is going to taste as good as anything on that life list is going to feel.
Then you have to exercise - and not just little walks around the block, Jillian recommends at least 4 hours of real exercise a week. As for your diet…
Eat real food, eat vegetables, eat fruits, whole grains - don’t eat things in packages, don’t eat things in wrappers.
