Mike
Carruthers:
Want
to have a more productive stress-free day? Then learn to suspend
judgment, for example…
Brenda Anderson:
Someone doesn't call you back and you think, oh, they're
rejecting you, when in reality they just may have a very busy
day.
Brenda Anderson,
author of the book, Playing
The Quantum Field…
Suspending judgment
is the gateway to the high energy, to the power zone places-
because you let go of your interpretations and opinions of other
people, of outcomes.
Simply lightening
up is another way to improve your day.
Well, I just
used that this morning because I got in late from out of the
country last night, trying to get into the office this morning,
I was rushing. And I was getting my cup of coffee and I was
running out the door to get into the office and this woman was
just yelling at me. And I thought what on earth are you talking
about, why are you yelling at me and I turned around, well here
I had forgotten my cup of coffee. So, I lightened up, I laughed,
I realized I'm creating this intensity right now with the drama
that I'm adding to my morning. So lightening up is a great way
to stay in the power zone.
Brenda believes
we have a lot of power to control the quality of our day.
But we give it
up because it's easier to give it up. When we completely underestimate
the power that we have in each of us. So instead of saying,
" Yeah, my boss he's making my life unbearable." Take
a look in your day at what you can do, what choice you can make
that doesn't expand that particular reality.
